By Appointment only
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
• Please arrive on time. Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling.
Cancellation/Rescheduling
• In order to help us manage our schedule and accommodate all of our clients, deposits are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking.
Refills
• Refills are considered within 2-3 weeks of your last appointment and require at least 30% of lashes remaining. Anything less will be charged as a full set.
• Refills on work from other lash artists may incur an additional fee or require removal and a new set.
Retention
• Proper aftercare is crucial for lash longevity. No refunds or free fixes will be provided for poor retention due to improper aftercare or lifestyle factors.
• Complimentary touch-ups are not offered. Any fixes after the appointment will be charged according to the refill policy.
Refunds
• Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not provided. However, if you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will assess the issue and offer a solution if appropriate.
Health & Safety
• Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes. Cleaning for lashes requiring makeup removal.
• Clients with eye infections, sensitivities, or conditions affecting lash retention may be refused service for health reasons.
